The Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference has chosen Yale junior Justin Burton and Harvard junior Joey Yenne as ECAC Players of the Week for the week ending September 16th.
Burton scored both Yale goals en route to their win over defending national champion North Carolina. After that, Yale then knocked off Michigan and Burton was named to the all-tournament team.
Harvard’s Yenne totaled 10 points in three games. Over that span the Crimson went 2-1. Yenne had the lone goal in the 2-1 loss to Penn State and had a pair of goals and two assists in the shutout win over Central Connecticut. She added two assists in the win over Vermont.
